The following information is required when requesting fire extinguisher training. Oshawa Fire Services will contact you once completed forms are received. For additional information, call 905-433-1236.

Please note:
• Training must be booked at least one month prior to request date.
• Training will be arranged according to availability and resources of staff and schedules.
• Availability is not guaranteed.
• Presentations will be given by Fire Prevention staff.
• Cost is outlined in the General Fees and Charges By-law #13-2003.
• Fire Extinguishers are not supplied by Oshawa Fire Services.
