Corporate Services Committee and Development Services Committee - 4:30 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the regularly scheduled Monday meeting.
Community Services Committee and Finance Committee - 4:30 p.m. the Thursday prior to the regularly scheduled Thursday meeting.
If you have appeared before the appropriate Standing Committee and wish to address City Council on the matter, your delegation request must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the regularly scheduled Monday meeting
